Return Policy

Returns

We take great care in packaging and shipping all of our products. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

We only accept returns for products that arrive defective or damaged.

A product is considered defective if it has:

  1. a manufacturing defect;
  2. shipping damage;
  3. a fault that prevents it from functioning as intended.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. your order number;
  2. a description of the issue;
  3. clear photographs showing the defect.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that are not defective, including but not limited to:

  1. change of mind;
  2. ordering the wrong size;
  3. personal preference;
  4. differences in colour or appearance due to screen settings.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

Refunds

If a returned product is confirmed to be defective, we will, at our discretion:

  1. replace the product (subject to availability); or
  2. issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Approved return shipping costs for defective items will also be reimbursed where applicable.
